Books, CDs & DVDs

Fiction, non-fiction, children’s picture books, cookery books, travel guides — we take them all. The same goes for CDs and DVDs. If you have been meaning to clear a bookshelf or a media collection for months, a doorstep collection is the nudge you need.

Toys & Games

Smaller toys, action figures, puzzles (with all pieces), soft toys and similar children’s items in good condition. We do not collect bulky toys, ride-on toys or ball pits, so please check the item fits comfortably in a standard bag before booking.

Kitchenware

Mugs, crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans and small kitchen tools. If you have been holding onto a dinner set “just in case” or a drawer full of duplicate utensils, now is the time. Wrap any fragile items in a layer of clothing or bubble wrap inside the bag to protect them in transit.

Linen & Soft Furnishings

Bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, tablecloths and similar linen items. Please note we are unable to collect duvets, blankets, pillows, sleeping bags or mattress protectors — linen should be clean, folded and free from significant damage.

General Household Items

Ornaments, picture frames aside, small decorative items, clocks, handheld tools and other everyday household objects that are in working order and good condition. If you are having a clear-out of a loft or a spare room, these are often the odds and ends that pile up fastest — and they are precisely what we can take.

There is no strict minimum, and most households put out between one and four bags. If you are doing a larger clear-out, please note that we do not handle bulk clearances — so if you have a very large volume, it may be worth splitting it across two separate bookings on different dates. Each bag should be manageable for one person to carry, as our drivers collect efficiently across a full route.

These include furniture, white goods, mattresses, duvets, pillows, blankets, rugs, curtains, mirrors, lamps and lampshades, prams, cots, bikes, sports equipment, electrical fittings, and any hazardous materials. We also cannot collect socks and underwear, nightwear, personalised clothing or magazines.
