How do you book a free collection?
Follow our step by step guide below.
- Book Your Free Collection: Booking your collection couldn’t be simpler. Click our book button, fill in some detials and choose a date that suits you and select the charity you’d like to support. Whether it’s clothes, shoes, bags, books, toys, or small household items, we’re here to help you give back.
- Pack Your Donations: Once you’ve booked your collection, it’s time to gather your items. Simply pack them up in bags or boxes. If you won’t be home at the time of collection, no worries! Just leave your donations on the doorstep, and our driver will take care of the rest.
- Collection Day: On the scheduled collection date, you’ll receive a tracking link with an estimated time of arrival for our driver.

Mark – Fantastic service, very convenient if you have lots of books which are heavy. Ideal also if you have large quantities of items for donation. Always turn up when they say they will. Tracking of the driver by email is great.
