You should receive your collection time slot and tracking link via email the night before your collection. Please check your junk folder if you do not see it by 8pm. You can also view this by visiting the Manage My Booking page and clicking the collection for that date.
Manage My BookingIf you're planning a larger donation (around 20 or more bags or boxes), please let us know how many items you have and send us a photo. This helps our driver make sure there's enough space in the van for your collection.
Please note that we can collect up to 10 boxes of books per collection. There's no limit on other types of donations.
