Giving your unwanted items a second life in Stoke-on-Trent is simple with Anglo Doorstep Collections. Here is how our process works:
Step 1: Book a Collection & Select a Charity
Start by scheduling your free collection online. During booking, you can select the charity you’d like the proceeds from your donations to support. This way, your contribution helps causes that matter most to you.
Step 2: Pack Your Donations
Gather your unwanted items, including household goods, accessories, toys, and more. Pack them securely in boxes or bags to make it safe and easy for our team to collect and transport your items.
Step 3: Leave Them Out or Keep Them Inside and Track Your Driver
On collection day, you can leave your packed items outside or keep them inside until our driver arrives. You can also track our driver in real time, so you know exactly when your donations will be picked up.
Step 4: We Collect and Rehome Your Donations
Once collected, your items are sorted and prepared for reuse or redistribution. The proceeds generated from your donations are then donated to the charity you selected, helping support vital causes while giving your unwanted items a new purpose.
