How do you book a free collection?
Follow these simple steps. If you have questions or need assistance, please fill out our contact form.
Book online: Click the book button below, enter your details and select a date that suits you.
Pack up your donations: Items can be packaged into bags or boxes. If you are not going to be home, leave them on the doorstep, ready for the driver. Our drivers can also know on your door or collect from a safe place. When booking there is a notes box, let us know what works best for you.
We collect: On your booked charity collection date, we will collect. The evening before your collection, you will receive an email containing a tracking link with a 2 hour time frame ETA for our driver. Our friendly driver will collect & then we donate to the charity you selected when placing the booking.
