We’ll email your two-hour time slot the evening before, and on the day you can track your driver live on the map – no waiting in, and no one needs to be home. We carefully sort and rehome donated items across the UK and overseas, helping extend their life and reduce waste. The proceeds help support our partnered charities and environmental initiatives. So far, we’ve raised and paid over £460,000 to UK charities and planted more than 62,000 trees.

Our team carefully sorts every collection and packs it into categories, then gives each item a second life – rehoming clothes, shoes and household goods both here in the UK and around the world, reaching the communities that need and value them most. What might have ended up in landfill instead goes on to be worn, read, played with and used again.
