We operate a large fleet of vehicles making doorstep collections across the UK, every week of the year.
We only make a collection once a booking has been placed, which keeps our routes efficient and our service as sustainable as possible – and means you can plan your charity donation in the most hassle-free way. Once you’ve booked, just pop your donations into bags or boxes and leave them outside your home on your chosen date.
We’ll email you a two-hour time slot the evening before, and on collection day you can track your driver live on the map – so there’s no waiting in, and no need to even be home. Our friendly drivers handle everything from there.
Once we’ve collected your items, they’re sorted and distributed across the UK and around the world to where they’re needed most. 95% of everything we collect is rehomed or reused, with only 5% recycled – so your donations get a genuine second life rather than ending up in landfill.
The funds raised from these items, after our running costs, are then donated to your chosen charity. It’s a simple idea that adds up to a real difference: since 2021, we’ve paid over £460,000 to UK charities and planted more than 62,000 trees.
Every item kept in circulation is one less in landfill. For every kilo of clothing we rehome, we save around 25kg of CO2 and 10,000 litres of fresh water — and with over 10,000 collections a week, that adds up to a meaningful reduction in waste, carbon and water, while supporting the circular economy.
