Where do I leave my donations?
You can leave your donations outside your front door or inside your home, and our driver will knock when they arrive. Alternatively, you can place them in a secure location, such as a shed or garage—just be sure to inform us beforehand.

When do I get my 2-hour time-slot?
We will send you your 2-hour time slot the evening before your collection, between 5pm and 6pm, via email. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder too!

Do I need to label my donations?
Unless you are handing the donations to the driver directly, please stick a label on your bags/boxes that says “Anglo Doorstep Collections” so our driver knows it’s for them to take.

I have a large collection to make – what’s the best way to let you know?
If you have more than 20 bags or boxes, please email us with a photo and the total number. This helps our driver plan accordingly and ensure there’s enough space in the van for your collection.

What should I pack my donations in?
You can pack your donations in any bag or box you feel is sturdy enough to hold the items. We have no specific dimension or weight requirements for the bags/boxes, we just ask that they are small and light enough for a single person to be able to lift and carry it.

Where do my donations go?
All the donations we receive are distributed across the world! While some are re-homed in the UK, others travel as far as the Philippines, Africa, and South America, depending on where they’re needed most.

I live in a flat – how will the driver collect from me?
If your collection is from a flat, our driver will buzz your flat number to gain entry to the building and collect your things from your front door. If you want to leave your donations outside or in a communal area to collect, make sure you let us know beforehand.
How Do Your Donations Raise Money For Charity?
We sell your donated items to distributors worldwide, who offer them at lower prices to help make household essentials more accessible for those in need. Sixty percent of the proceeds from these sales are donated to the charity you choose to support.
What Donations Do We Collect?
Please ensure all items being donated are in good condition, as they will be re-homed and put back into circulation.
We kindly ask that household items are no larger than a medium box to ensure our drivers can
safely lift and carry donations to the van when completing the collection.
