Use our online booking form to pick a collection date that suits you. We’ll confirm your time slot the evening before your pick-up day, so you know exactly when to put the bags out.
Pop your toys into a bag or box — soft toys, construction sets, children’s figures, clean baby toys and sturdy smaller play sets are all welcome. Bundle loose pieces together so sets arrive complete. Give anything muddy or dusty a quick wipe. Batteries can stay in or come out, whichever suits you. Instructions and packaging are a lovely bonus but never required.
Place the bags by your front door at the agreed time. You don’t need to be in — our driver will collect and head on their way. That’s it.
