How do you book a free collection?
Follow these simple steps. If you have questions or need assistance, please fill out our contact form. We are giving residents who do not drive or cannot make it to the shops the opportunity to donate and help fundraise for charities that do not have the means to raise vital funding from physical donations.
Book your collection online: Click the book button below, enter your details, and select a date that suits you. We collect in Walton-on-Thames (KT12) daily. Your next charity collection will never be far away.
Pack up your donations: Clear out your wardrobe of clothes, cupboards of household items, kitchenware, and more. Items can be packaged into bags or boxes. If you are not going to be home, leave them on the doorstep, ready for the driver. Our drivers can also knock on your door or collect from a safe place. We will collect from your home: On your booked charity collection date, we will collect. The evening before your collection, you will receive an email containing a tracking link with a 2 hour time frame ETA for our driver.
