1. Select your address.
2. Your address will auto-load.
3. Select a Charity.
4. Choose a date and click "Book This Date".

Find your booking in the list and click the red "Cancel" button. Confirmed bookings can only be cancelled up to a certain time before collection.

Find your booking and click "Move Booking" / "Select New Date". This moves the collection to a different available day.
