Delete your account
This removes your Anglo Doorstep Collections app account. It cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in details and password
- Any devices registered for collection reminders
- Any collection you have booked that has not happened yet — these are cancelled, so no van will come
What we keep, and why
Records of collections we have already made stay on our system. They are business records of work that actually took place — they are how the charity donations are accounted for, and they exist whether or not anyone ever used the app.
If you would like those removed as well, say so below or in an email and we will handle it as a data erasure request. See our data policy for how we deal with those.
Request deletion
Sign in and you can delete your account yourself, immediately. If you cannot sign in, leave your email address below and we will do it for you.
We aim to deal with requests within 30 days.
